- To anticipate customer expectations regarding automotive interior and exterior components and to make plans accordingly;
- To get better and better at what we do by being open to change and innovative, encouraging achievement, and having impeccable business ethics and honesty;
- To grow by adapting lean management and lean production methods to a continuously changing corporate structure;
- To continue to cooperate with our suppliers to increase the proportion of locally-made materials in our products;
